♦ Places of fishing
In open sea, the first sites are to 20 mn of the landing stage of the Hotel, the first pit with 25 mn, the zone of the AMBER CAPE is reached after one hour of crossing, the channel of Mozambique in 1h30. In the south of Bay the pit of AMBODIVOHIBE with 30 mn and the bay of RIGNY to the foot of Red Tsingy in 1 hour. The interior of Bay of DIEGO SUAREZ, full of fishes, is an excellent place of fishing in dry season.
Techniques of fishing The configuration of sites authorizes all the techniques: palangrotte, dragnet, throw, jig etc.... Our guides and fishermen know marvelously all these techniques. We organize bivouacs in any season.
Types of fishes : • All the year : Carangue ignobilis until 70Kg - Blue Carangue - Sailboats with a marked concentration from July till the end of September in the Bay - Marlins - Wahoos - Barracudas - Merou until 100kg - red Carp. • From December till the end of April in Open sea : "tooth of dog" Tuna up to 100 kg, Dolphin fishes, yellow Tuna.
